APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

We are currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 academic year. If you are ready to proceed please follow these procedures. We look forward to meeting you very soon.

  1. Acquire a registration packet and read all information carefully. It may be helpful to prepare a list of questions you want to address during the initial interview.

  2. Complete the WHCA Enrollment Application included in that packet. A separate application must be completed for each child enrolled. Unanswered questions could possibly cause a delay in the application process.

  3. Provide signatures in all specified areas. In the event the child does not live with both parents, both signatures are required.

  4. Schedule an initial tour of the school facility and interview with a member of WHCA’s administrative team. This meeting should include a member of our administrative team, parents, and the prospective students. It will expedite the process if the following information is provided:

    •  Completed enrollment application

    •  Grade appropriate information and guidelines as listed below.

  5. School administration will notify you in 3-5 days after the initial interview if your enrollment has been accepted. At that time Registration Fees must be paid in full to guarantee your acceptance into our program, as space is limited. Registration Fees are non-refundable.

  6. Enrollment is not considered complete unless an initial interview has been completed; Registration Fee has been paid in full along with a completed enrollment application.

Procedures for Students:

  • Student interview with school administration

  • Student evaluation or recommendation from most recent teacher (if applicable)

  • Copies of transcripts, national achievement test results, and all report cards

  • Any documentation pertaining to previous IEP/504 plan implementation.

  • Upon acceptance applicants may be administered an entrance test

Registration Fee is $250 (per application)

There is a $500 enrollment contract (per family).

Tuition is as follows:

  • Pre-K 2,3,4 // 2 days: $2,000 | 3days a week: $2,500 | 4days a week: $3,000

  • Kindergarten-5th // $5,000 per year

  • 6th-8th // $6,000 per year

  • 9th-10th // $6,800 per year
